Concentration on Only You-- Many individuals prefer to study yoga in a private one on one setting rather than going to a group yoga class. The private sessions are a beneficial way to better understand yoga, your body and the relationship between your body, mind and yoga. (45-60 minutes)
Therapeutic Yoga-- Some individuals have needs that are not met by group classes. Olga works one on one with students who have a variety of needs. Examples of past client issues include: stress management, sports training, managing menopausal symptoms, migraine, anxiety, depression, arthritis, sciatica, infertility, cancer recovery, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis. Olga also works with individuals with back and other acute and chronic physical injuries. (45-60 minutes session)
Personalized Advanced Coaching--Serious yoga students or newly certified yoga teachers who are passionate about yoga greatly benefit from once a month personalized instruction and communication with the teacher of their choice to deepen their yoga journey. The student has an opportunity to practice hatha yoga (poses) but also better understand pranyama (breathing exercises), concentration, meditatation and other aspects of yoga. Students who have attended coaching sessions report that the sessions help them make huge strides in improving their yoga practice on many various levels and keeping their motivation to study yoga on a high and satisfying level. (60-75 minutes session)
How to Develop Home Practice-- You go to a yoga class regularly but you wonder, "Should I practice at home? If yes, how do I do it?" If you wish to better understand how to develop your home practice or create a personalized yoga sequence tailored to your needs, this is a great way to a better understanding of why you like yoga and wish to understand it on more meaningful level. (45-60 minutes session)
