We got the recipe while visiting our grandma the last summer! Of course, she got it from someone else and so I don't have the original source where it comes from but it's great. I hope you will enjoy it as well!
1 to 1 1/2 cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 cup frozen blueberries or a mixture of frozen blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/blackberries
1 banana (riper bananas have more sweetness)
2 TBS plant or rice protein powder (optional)
About 2 cups of frozen spinach or kale
For a bit more flavor you can add 1 TBS Almond butter
Mix well in blender. Makes 2 medium servings or one large serving
