Learn a gentle yet dynamic yoga sequence that will give you

a burst of energy plus healthy & supple spine!

"Morning Spine Essential Series"—is a stellar all-around essential yoga workout including cat-cow, spine flex, spine twists, front bends, life nerve stretch, butterfly, pelvic lifts, cobra pose, yoga mudra, Sufi grind, shoulder shrugs, neck rolls, and pranayam.  This series of exercises works systematically from the base of the spine to the top. All 26 vertebrae receive stimulation and all the energy centers receive a burst of energy. These exercises increase the circulation of the spinal fluid, which contributes to greater mental clarity. Regular practice of this series will give you increased vitality, help prevent backaches, reduce tension, and keep you young by increasing the flexibility of the spine.  We will finish each class with a deep relaxation.
