Easing Into Menopause
For all women looking to ease the transition of all phases of menopause through the practice of yoga, this workshop is for you! Menopause can be one of the most trying, confusing, frustrating, depressing times in a woman’s life. Yoga can help! It provides a path to befriend your feminine body as it passes through this stage. Hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, poor digestion, thinning hair, changing body shape, are some of the most common complaints. Learn energizing yoga postures to boost the endocrine system, and relax and breathe using the unique support of props. Participants will learn to use the guidelines from this workshop to develop a customized home practice.
